Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
(i.) Custom or personalized orders
(ii.) Digital downloads
(iii.) Personal care items (Cosmetics) for health/hygiene reasons.If you receive a damaged personal care item, please contact us at info@rebel4cause.com. When it comes to personal care items we deal with every return enquiry on a case-by-case basis. Refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Procedures below.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
a) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
b) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after deliveryRETURN PROCEDURES

1) Customer Service will provide you with a return label, which you will be required to print and affix to the package (if eligible).
2) Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip in an appropriately sized box.
3) Affix the shipping label on the package to be returned.
4) After we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Procedures below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
To obtain a refund the item must be returned to us unopened (unless you received it in a defective or damaged condition), and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you. You must also follow the Return Procedures specified below:
i) We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless you received it in a damaged or defective condition.
ii) Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not charge any restocking or other fee in connection with the return. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless you receive them in a defective or damaged condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
